2026 Advances +
Backend Estimator

Grit
⚠️ This is a rough estimate only — not an exact projection, a guarantee of pay, or an official pay statement. Actual pay depends on serviced & commissionable accounts, account requirements, contract mix, actual housing costs, deductions, and the terms of your rep agreement.
How you get paid: If you're owed money beyond your upfront pay, it comes as advances first, then backends. Advances are the first four monthly payments after a block. Backend payments are the final two payments — paid after those four advances.

To earn advances, a rep must service at least $50k in the Spring block, $100k in the Summer block, and $50k in the Fall block. Below that threshold, that block's earnings pay out in the backends instead.

Which Apply to You?

No compensation or incentives are earned if your agreed-upon summer dates aren't completed.
Re-signing for 2027 during All Star Week is required to earn these trips: Company Trip (plus 200 accounts serviced for rookies / 250 for veterans), Mexico Cruise (plus $75K+ serviced revenue), Partners Retreat Las Vegas (Partner+), Senior Divisional Trip (Senior Divisional+), and the Kenya Grit Air One. It also counts toward the 2 more summers your Bloodline Bonus and STEP bonuses require to pay out.

Upfront Pay

Choose one
This is your whole-summer up front pay — projected through the end of the block, the same as your sales above — not just what you've been paid so far.

Attrition & Account Requirements

Company average last year was 18% — it depends on your accounts. Use 20% or higher to keep your estimate conservative.

%
Reps must sell at least 70% of accounts on 18+ month contracts and hit 95% welcome call completion — each account below either threshold is a $50 backend deduction.

Housing

Leadership Tier

If you hit a leadership tier, you earn a fixed monthly advance on top of your personal commission (downline production only applies to the Summer block). Paid Sep–Dec 2026. This is separate from your personal commission and is paid no matter what your serviced revenue is — the $100k personal-advance minimum does not apply to these recruiting advances.

Donation value = donated sales × avg contract value × your commission %. It's deducted from your pay.
The trip costs an estimated three thousand to thirty-five hundred dollars, and donating 10 sales earns you a fifteen hundred dollar credit toward your own trip cost. Bringing a +1 is an additional estimated fifteen hundred to two thousand dollars on top of the fifteen hundred that goes toward your trip — the calculator deducts the high end of the +1 range.
A one-week team competition. Winning rookies & sophomores earn a Chain & T-Shirt; winning vets earn an Org Hoodie & Hat.
If you were drafted into All Star Week, you compete there instead of Hell Week 2.
Awarded for the single biggest sales day in the company all year — one winner in the rookie category and one in the veteran category.
A summer-long cash award (not STEP) for top rookies — place in the top 10. Requires committing to 2 more summers and staying in good standing.
